Information you choose to provide

When you submit a contact, Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return, surrender, adoption, foster, or volunteer form, you may provide contact details and information about your household, animals, availability, experience, or request. Carbon Cat & Dog Rescue uses that information to review the request, communicate with you, coordinate services, and keep appropriate rescue records.

Donations and payments

Donation checkout is provided through Wix and its payment services. Payment providers process your payment details under their own terms and privacy practices. This website does not display or store your full card number in its rescue forms.

Forms and website services

Wix hosts this site and provides the general contact and TNVR request forms, events, donation checkout, security, and related website functions. Airtable provides the official adoption, foster, volunteer, and owner-surrender forms. Information entered in a form is processed by the provider that operates that form and is made available to authorized rescue volunteers for review and follow-up.

Pawlytics supplies the public adoptable-pet roster. Visiting adoption pages may load public animal information and photos from Pawlytics and its image-delivery services. These providers may process technical information such as device, browser, cookie, and usage data under their own privacy practices.

When information may be shared

Information may be available to rescue volunteers who need it to evaluate or coordinate your request, and to Wix, Airtable, Pawlytics, payment providers, or other service providers that operate the website, forms, public animal listings, communications, or payments. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people or animals.

Retention and your choices

Records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for rescue operations, follow-up, safety, accounting, or legal obligations. To ask what information the rescue has about you, request a correction, or request deletion when applicable, email carboncatrescue@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
