Carbon Cat & Dog Rescue is foster-based and volunteer-run. The official request form gives the team the information needed to review your situation and determine what options may be available.

A complete request helps volunteers understand the situation.

Please answer every applicable question honestly and include current contact information. Submitting a request starts a review and does not itself confirm placement or intake.
